We are sad to announce that, on July 28, 2023, at the age of 91, Edith Young West (North Charleston, South Carolina), born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. James Russell Young and Mary Leffingwell Young (Rest); and her husband Stewart Crawford West. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Frances Leffingwell Rzucidlo (Richard Eugene Rzucidlo) and Lura Susan Ripley West; her grandchildren, Corey Allen Rzucidlo, Cameron James Rzucidlo and Cara Danielle Rzucidlo; and her great grandchildren, Addison Noelle Rzucidlo, Audrey Leigh Rzucidlo, Grayson William Tipton and Lincoln Richard Tipton.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Edith Young West's name to CREOLE, Inc, (https://creoleinc.org), an organization committed to providing sustainable community based solutions for the good of Haiti.
