He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Osburn and Zula Isabelle Owen Osburn; his siblings, Kenneth Osburn, Wanda Osburn Pegg Gibson, Mildred Osburn Chandler Smith, Fleda Osburn Shearer, Betty Osburn Billington, Wynona Osburn Thompson and Patty Osburn Francis; and his daughter Deborah Ann Osburn Lake.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Bailey Osburn (Kathy); his daughter Linda Osburn Richards; and his grandchildren, Robert Richards (Robbie), Michelle Lake Lemanski (Frank) and Phillip Lake.
