He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Leon Godfrey, Stacie Dottorelli (Ron), Michelle Swaney (Mike) and Robert Thomas Godfrey; his siblings, Jim (Sue) and Judy Lee (Terry); and his caregiver Thelma Ogletree. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
