He was predeceased by: his father George W Seel (Laura Hoover Seel); his brother George William Seel Jr.; his stepmother Amanda "Mandy" Shelley Seel; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Seel Jenkins (Charles). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie H. Seel; his children, Harry Seel Jr. (Kim), Bryan E. Seel (Kim) and Michelle McDonald Bailey (Martin); his grandchildren, Victoria, Bryan, Hunter, Meghan and Logan; and his siblings, Frank Seel (Ree), Becky Albright (Norman) and Johnny Seel (Linda). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Gardens' Mausoleum Chapel (7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406). A committal service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
