He is survived by: his children, Alvin H. McCoy, Cecilia M. Reid, William "Billy" McCoy, Ernest L. McCoy, Annette L. McCoy, John McCoy (Caren), David L. McCoy, Patricia M. Brown, Kenneth McCoy (Jackie) and Edvina Williams (David); his siblings, Viola M. Smalls, Alicia Hilton, Annette Booker (Kenneth), Johnnie McCoy (Carolyn) and William "June" McCoy (Bernice); and his friend Jessie. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
