He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Dillashaw and Corrie Dillashaw; his daughter Jackie Gardner; and his siblings, Milford Jr., Lawrence, Robert and Christine.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline (Jackie), Gwendalyn (Gwen), Tambra (Tammy) and Sabreena; his wife Gladys Southerland; and his daughters, Gwen and Tammy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
