He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Hicks and Ruby Burnell Hicks. He is survived by: his son John Blake Hicks (Tara) of Goose Creek. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; six siblings; and many loved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of ones choice.
