We are sad to announce that, on February 9, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Klaus Michalski of North Charleston, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Klaus may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Klaus touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Werner Michalski and Elisabeth Hartwig Rhodes. He is survived by: his half-brothers, Melvin Rhodes of Georgetown, TX and Mikel Rhodes (Ingon Cook) of Daniel Island, SC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to organizations such as Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA), and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
