She was predeceased by: her daughters, Marlisa Nakisha and Sokoya Watson; her siblings, Robert Lee Pendigrast (Zennie), James Pendigrast and Brenda Lee Robinson (Clifford); and her brother-in-law John Washington.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Morgan; her son Evander Watson; her sisters, Celestine Washington, Elouise Washington (Herbert), Ann McKelvey (Johnathan), Alfreda Green (John) and Sonya Robinson (Nathan); and her uncle Benny Ladson. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
