He was predeceased by : his father Thomas Bendure. He is survived by : his wife Holly J. Huntsman Bendure; his mother Mary Frances Orner Bendure; his children, Hailey Rene Sweet, Hannah Diane Bendure and Michael Thomas Bendure, Jr.; and his sisters, Beth Bost and Julie Clark.
