He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Sample (Bill) and Lisa Lee (Travis); his brother Gary George; his grandchildren, Jessie Kelly, Lindsey Durney, Zachary Taylor, RJ Gainey, Donavan Parnell, Jacob Parnell, Kaylie Parnell and Ashton Lee; and his aunt Margaret Tuttle. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
