He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Williams and Gladys Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jane Louise Williams; his children, Kim and Rick; his grandsons, Andrew, Harrison and Nicholas; and his brother John. He is also survived by his son, daughter, grandchildren, and the children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Catman2 organization (http://www.catman2.org) in honor of Rich's love for his cats, Oakley and Shelby, and his passion for helping animals.
