She was predeceased by: her parents, Pressley Lambert and Marjorie Britt Lambert; her sister Sandra Powers (Lonnie Powers); her nephew Chase Alexander Ray; and her parents-in-law, Sharon Huggins and Russell L. Huggins, Sr..

She is survived by: her friend Clemson; her husband Russell L. Huggins, Jr.; her children, Erin Elizabeth Huggins and Joshua Lambert Huggins; and her sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Morrison (Terry Morrison) and Joyce Branch (Jerry Branch). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charleston Animal Society or the Grand Strand Down Syndrome Society.
