He is survived by: his children, Lara Triplett Powell (Gerald Singleton) of Kingstree, Dora Lee Cabral of Kingstree, SC and David Platt of North Charleston; and his siblings, Linda Morrison of North Charleston and Clay Triplett (Lois) of Florida.
