She is survived by: her son Ricky Sweaney (Megan); her parents, William Hammer and Margaret Hammer; her siblings, Mack Hammer (Lee Anne), Dover Hammer (Cristy), Karen Orr and Donna Harper; her grandchildren, Cannen Chomer, Dutten Sweaney and Layke Sweaney; her mother-in-law Betty Kersey; and her brother-in-law Bill Jansson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Portside Baptist Church (1179 Remount Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
