He is survived by: his sister Ann Marie Cunningham of Grand Rapids; his children, Christine-Revelle LaRue (Lance) and Shawn-Maurice Cunningham; his stepdaughter Tracy Renee DuMouchelle; his grandchildren, Lorelei Revelle, Griffin Cunningham LaRue and Logan Thomas-Maurice Cunningham; and his grandchildren-in-law, Meagan Fraser (McCollum) and Blake McCollum.
