With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward M. Curran Jr. of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 4, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Edward has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward M. Curran and Catherine Curran (Hand); his sisters, Ann Schidtlein and Mary Catherine Curran; and his pet Bentley.

He is survived by : his wife Keli; and his sister Eileen Monahan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church (1100 8th Ave N, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582).

In lieu of flowers memorials made be made to Crescent Hospice, Conway SC 29526 or to the American Cancer Society.
