He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Anna (Jahnke). He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Murphy); and his grandchildren, Kevin, Waverly and Maya Caccamise. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his favorite charities, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
