He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Phillips Mullis; his son Blake Harrison Cothran; his grandparents, Frank, Jean Cothran, Talmadge and Burtice Phillips; and his uncle Tal Phillips.
He is survived by: his father Frank H. Cothran III (Charlotte); his wife Beverly Cothran; his sisters, Robin Price (Danny) and Wendy Powley (Mike); his sister-in-law Nancy Rogers (Gill); and his aunts, Judy Phillips, Betsy Phillips, Diann Garges and Charlotte Taylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
