He is survived by: his wife Mandy Dunlap; his brother David Dunlap (Teresa); his niece Leslie Dunlap Patel (Ashi); his cousins, Mary Rotenberry, Sandra Hipp, Pam Dahmer and Lexi Hope; and his stepchildren, Brian and Erica Stenger.
