He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moore and Allie Moore; his sister Elaine Pack; and his close friend Javier Custodio. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Moore; his children, Thomas Moore and Amy Moore; his stepchildren, Neil Mitchell and Brooke Mitchell Futrell (Davy); his stepgrandchildren, Summer Futrell (Eli) and Josh Futrell; and his siblings, Brenda Moore, Debra Milliner (Joe) and Brent Moore (Lavonne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
