She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert "E. L." Lee and Myrtie Lee; her spouse Laverne Beasley "L. B." Cade; and her children, Iris Fenters and L. B. "Buckey" Cade, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Tanner (Marcus), Linda Fenters (Gordon Humphries), Susan Gleaton (John) and Mike Cade (Kim); her grandchildren, Bruce Fenters (Ellen), Hope Pegram (Benji), Beth Warnock (Scott), Wes Fenters (Laura), Lori Creech (Brad), Marc Tanner (Leslie), Diana Taylor (Miles), Michael Gleaton (Megan) and Christina Gleaton; and her sister Betty VerBurg. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of North (405 Stafford Ave, North, SC 29112). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (560 Jones Bridge Rd, North, SC 29112).
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of North or North Christian Academy.
