He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harman Switzer Jr. and Kathryn Lelia Switzer. He is survived by: his son Michael Rogan Switzer; his daughter-in-law Renata Samson Switzer; his pets, Kinzie and Evie; his sister Katherine Eileen Burt; his niece Christine Airey; and his cousins, Francine Finlan (Michael), Luann Mitchell (Bob), Gene Switzer (Karen) and Melanie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Candle Light Funeral Home (1835 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Callawassie Clubhouse (22 Callawassie Club Dr, Okatie, SC 29909).
