He is survived by: his wife Barbara Barner (Boyd); his children, Christopher Barner of Omaha, Nebraska and Amy Barner of Omaha, Nebraska; his granddaughter Alivia Barner of Omaha, Nebraska; his siblings, Peggy Barner of Lincoln, Nebraska and Darrin Barner (Brenda) of Laurel, Nebraska; his siblings-in-law, Mary Scarborough (Bill) of LaVista, Nebraska, Sarah Griffin of Topeka, Kansas and Patrick Boyd (Tracy) of Spencer, Iowa; his mother-in-law Marianne Boyd of Omaha, Nebraska; and his aunts, LaVon Moes of Osmond and Shirley Troutman of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
