He was predeceased by: his parents, S. A. "Zeke" Ward and Mary Lee Barrineau Ward. He is survived by: his daughters, Traci L. Rodgers (Dennis) of Pawleys Island and Debra Lee Harrell (Richard) of Bluffton; and his grandchildren, Sydney Harrell Finn (Liam), Owen Rodgers and Drew Harrell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many wonderful cousins.
O'Neal's family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor to the Barrineau Pentecostal Holiness Church, located at 3709 St. James Road, Lake City, SC 29560.
