He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne'D. Weaver and Gertie S. Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Traci Eaddy Weaver; his children, Jonathan Cory Weaver (Racquel) of Tulsa, OK and Tonya Kirby of Olanta; his grandchildren, Reagan, Ty, Kriston (Justen) and Kristopher (Magan); and his parents-in-law, Larry and Joan Eaddy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to the McLeod Hospice Program, 1203 E. Cheves Street, Florence, SC 29506, in John's memory.
