Tracy Lynn Sims Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tracy Lynn Sims of Olanta, South Carolina, born in Florence, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2025 at the age of 55. She was predeceased by: her parents, George V. Sims and Eva Dell Tarte Sims; her siblings, Timothy Sims and Cynthia Dell Sims; her brother-in-law Russell Evans; and her nephew Russ Evans.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lenora S. Evans of Lynchburg, Dell Lourie Muller (Mark) of Gable, Amy S. Knowlton (Paul) of New Zion and Charles Wade Sims (Sherri) of Gable; and her close friend Charity Humbles of New Mexico. She is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethany Free Will Baptist Church (4071 Creek Rd, Timmonsville, SC 29161). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Tracy's honor to the Navajo Nation Outreach, Four Corners Home for Children, 2103 W. Main Street, Farmington, NM 87401, reflecting her spirit of generosity and outreach to those in need.
