She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay Morris, Sr. and Eloise Collins Morris; her daughter Connie Elaine O'Rear; and her brother Henry Clay Morris, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Walter O'Rear of Olar, SC; her sons, Bert E. O'Rear of Welaka, FL and Michael J. O'Rear of Olar, SC; and her grandchildren, Wallace C. E. O'Rear and Caroline Mazyck-O'Rear.
