He is survived by: his wife Linda Chavis Amaker; his children, David Amaker and Amanda Headden (Charles); his grandchildren, Lakin Amaker, Blair Amaker, Linsey Amaker, Lexie Amaker, Richard Amaker (Caitlin) and Hillary Amaker; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Lilly, Bjorn and Cody; his brother Harold Amaker (Jennifer); and his nephews, Joe Amaker, Bobby Amaker (Edwina) and Gerald Amaker (Ragan).
