With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angie Rae August of Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Homer Jackson; and her stepdaughter Mary Ann August. She is survived by : her husband Fernandez August, Jr. (Gus); her children, Veronica Jones (Ronnie), Julio (Mary), Lori, Susanna (Héctor), Brenda (Steven) and Frankie (Stefanie); her sister Bobbie Metts; and her nephews, Ira and Kevin. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Association, or the charity of your choice.
