She was predeceased by: her husband George Baylis Corley; her parents, Junius Rhame Dennis and Ruth Hicks Dennis; and her sister Jerry Dennis Fanning. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Corley Godowns (Steve) of Houston, TX and Edith Ruth Corley Pekarek (Ed) of Seneca, SC; her grandchildren, Amy Elizabeth Pekarek, Jeffrey Baylis Pekarek (Lesslie), Andrew Edward Pekarek (Carmen) and Franklin Dennis Godowns; and her great grandchildren, John Baylis Pekarek, William Douglass Pekarek and Patton Edward Paul Pekarek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Barbara Dennis Corley Endowed Scholarship, Columbia College, 1301 Columbia College Drive, Columbia, SC 29203 or to a charity of one's choice.
