She is survived by: her husband Wayne Blackburn, Sr.; her children, Michael Blackburn, Jr., Brandon Blackburn and Kathryn Blackburn; her grandchildren, Devin Hubbard, Brayden O'Neal, Izayah O'Neal, Ky Blackburn and Melissa Blackburn; and her siblings, Dennis Thompson (Pam), Steve Thompson and Terry Thompson.
