He is survived by: his wife Deneena Fogle; his stepchildren, Deron Dantzler, Daniel Dantzler, Dathan Dantzler, Patrick Burkey and Christina Burkey; and his siblings, David Fogle, Dan E. Fogle, Jr. and Julie Fogle Spell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
