He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Judy and Sinclair Spence; his grandmother Louise; and his sisters, Beverly Harley of Orangeburg, Barbara Vanzego of Orangeburg and Wendy Kemmerlin of Orangeburg.
He is survived by: his stepgrandfather Pat DeMars, Sr. of Orangeburg; his children, Tracy Faile (David) of Norway and Chance Spence of Orangeburg; his grandchildren, Bo Faile (Madison) of Norway, Mackie Faile of Norway and Whit Faile of Norway; his children, Lexzi Spence, Lawson Spence, Lynnlee Spence of Orangeburg and Travis Spence, Jr. (TJ) of Eutawville; his sisters, Juanita Burdick of Myrtle Beach, Bonnie Williamson of Neeses and Margaret Hamilton of Orangeburg; and his uncle Pat DeMars (Linda) of Irmo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Connie Maxwell Children's Ministries.
