She was predeceased by: her parents, Talbert Samuel Smoak and Rodelle Wolfe Smoak; her sisters, Dee West (Henry) and Renie Davis (Gus); and her nieces and nephews, Denny West, Jane Myers (Ronnie), Susan Lunsford (Alvin) and Mark Davis.
She is survived by: her close friend Camille Penders; and her nieces and nephews, Talley Sowell (Whit), Don West (Kathy), Becky Evans (Jim), Rob Davis (Joye), Sam Davis (Nann), Jack Davis (Debbie) and Kay Barton (Julian).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Hearth Hospice, 208 Scranton Connector, Suite 123, Brunswick, GA 31525 or the charity of the donor's choice.
