He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ellen Williams; his son Billy Carl Moore; his siblings, Shada, Doctavia Stanback, Mattie Lou Fogle, Daisy, Clydell Garvin, Freddie, Robbie and Marion Jr.; his wife Jenny Garvin; his brothers, Clavin Garvin (Marie) and Bobbie Franklin; his sisters-in-law, Loretta Garvin and Joyce Garvin; his children, Cynthia Garvin, Diane Mims, Shada Stanback, Doctavia Stanback and Franklin Garvin; his grandchildren, Shamecca Garvin (Samuel Amoh), Quwanda Davis (Howard), Nicole Alston (Hoyt), LaCory Garvin (Kendra), Frank Garvin Jr. (Ivy), Shaniece Mims and Theresa Alcantoro; and his godson Marques Palmer. He is also survived by 16 greatgrandchildren.
