He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Earl Waters, Sr. and Inger Marie Myrdal Waters; and his sister-in-law Michelle Waters. He is survived by: his children, Frank "Tripp" Earl Waters, III and Leslie Waters (Brandon Bratcher); his granddaughter Ashley Waters; and his siblings, Denise Bauld (Greg), Gregg Waters and Brad Waters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
