He was predeceased by: his father Ned Randolph; and his siblings, Miller Randolph (Carrie Lee), William Randolph, Janie Bell Randolph Smalls and Pete Randolph (Ruth).

He is survived by: his mother Rena Weldon Randolph; his wife Geraldine Lucas Randolph; his daughters, Georginza Joyce (Ray), Faye Randolph, Jacquelyn Govan (Curtis) and Cynthia Harrison (Chris); his siblings, Eula Grogan, Ellen Sweatman (Adam), Olin Randolph (Mae), Walter Randolph, John Randolph (Lourenca), Sam Watson, Carolyn King, Rosa Burden and Emmie Clark; his grandchildren, Le'Tifia (Tifia), De'Kendrick, Tottianna (Tott), Anthony (Brice), Randall, Danielle, Curtis (Scooby) and Crystal; his great grandchildren, Shamiyah, DaMetri, Tianna, Mecca, Negasi, Kandace, Harmoni, Kaiya, Kye Brooklyn, Nia and Nnamdi; and his siblings-in-law, Johnnie Smalls and Barbara Randolph.
