Henry C. Shivers Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry C. Shivers of Orangeburg, South Carolina, born in Saint Matthews, South Carolina, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Idella Hickson Shivers Coleman and Virgil Capers Shivers; and his brother Virgil C. Shivers Jr. (Booda). He is survived by: his wife Inell Shivers; his children, Patricia Ann Shivers of Orangeburg, SC, Tiffancy Renee Howell (Mickel Howell) of Augusta, GA, Oneather Shivers of Orangeburg, SC and Catherine Williams (Craig Williams) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Kinu Sabb, Shanell Howell, Mickel Howell Jr., Raheēm Shivers, Kimani Shivers, Caden Williams and Caleb Williams; his great grandchildren, Maya Howell, Lamar Howell, A'Ja Milhouse and Kastro Milhouse; his siblings, Herman Lee Shivers (Jannie Mae Shivers) of Orangeburg, Virgina Daniels (Matthew C. Daniels Jr.) of Wilmington and Delane Shivers of Wilmington, Delaware; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Mitchell of Yonkers, Bernnie Mitchell of Brunswick and Kelly Mitchell of Orangeburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
