He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Metts; his sons, Tyler "Ty" Allen Metts and Jaxson "Jax" Christopher Metts; his parents, Jackey "Wayne" Metts and Shirley Metts; his brother Dwayne Metts; his sister-in-law Susan Metts; his sister Karen Abdelgawad; his brother-in-law Ahmed Abdelgawad; and his parents-in-law, Judy and Sonny Glover. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Columbia Road Church of God (Orangeburg) (2485 Columbia Rd NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118).
