With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Irvin Canaday of Orangeburg, South Carolina, born in Summerville, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2024 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by : his parents, Buster B. Canaday and Margaret Dukes Hutto. He is survived by : his wife Debra Hobbs Canaday; his children, Jamison "Jamie" Canaday (Christie), Amber Ferguson (Robert), Mallory Moore (Andrew), Jillian "Jill" Canaday (Nicholas Parler) and Nazareth "Naz" Reed; his grandchildren, Trevor, Tucker, Tristen, Tanner Canaday, Bella Ferguson, Scarlett Parler, Brantley Ferguson and Marley Meyer; and his siblings, Arthur "Kim" Canaday (Kitty) of Buster and Rebecca "Becky" Woods (Allen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
