She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Rev. Rick Pigott; her sisters, Pat Barfield (Johnny) and Dale Burcham (Danny); her siblings-in-law, Evangelist Steve and Sarah Pigott; her parents, Cecil Chisolm and Faye Chisolm; her stepmother Betty Chisolm; her brother Cliff Chisolm; and her parents-in-law, Richard "Poochie" and Claire Pigott. She was also cherished by family, Gale leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Gale's memory to the Samaritan's Purse/Operation Christmas Child or to the Gideon's International.
