She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Blease Judy, Sr. and Hannah Hutto Judy Bailey; her granddaughter Amber Alaina Adams; her brother Lewis Blease "L. B." Judy, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Earl Craven and Jean Judy; and her daughter-in-law Bridgette Bozard.

She is survived by: her husband John David Bozard, Sr.; her children, John David "Johnny" Bozard, Jr. and Sharon Delaine "Sherri" Adams (Timmy); her grandchildren, Jonathan Bozard, Jenny Midkiff (Christopher), Ashley Ridgway (Johnathan) and Autumn Adams; her great grandchildren, Jaden, Rileigh, Brantley Bozard, Addie, Berkley Midkiff, Alaina and Ridgway; her siblings, Ronnie Judy, Sylvia Craven Williamson (Henry), Bobby Judy (Mary) and Jimmy Judy (Frances); her siblings-in-law, Lewis Bozard (Judy), Don Bozard (Bonnie) and Mary Tiller (Mike); Vickie Bozard, Barbara and Lindsey Lyons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
