She was predeceased by: her stepmother Susan K. Smith; and her stepsiblings, Dawn Marie Owens and Jan Renfroe Barr. She is survived by: her parents, Wayne Smith and Phyllis Hughes Barr (Archie); and her stepbrother Jamie C. Barr. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and additional family and friends.
