He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Shuler, Jr. and Louise Tyler Shuler; and his brothers, McArthur Shuler and Eugene Shuler. He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond, Herman Shuler (Katie) of Cope, Willie Bee James (Norman) of Norway, Hattie Rivers (Richard), Elizabeth Greene (Harry) and Ruth Pinckney (Robert) of Orangeburg; and his uncle Curlee Govan (Delois). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
