He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Santoro and Bernice Bakshauki; and his children, Peter Santoro and Denise Garoutte. He is survived by: his wife Mary Reed Santoro; his daughters, Darlene Santoro Cesario (Sam) of Indiana, Deborah Kassis (Michael) of California and Dawn Santoro of Illinois; and his son-in-law Michael Garoutte. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
