He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Qualls; his son Robert Qualls, III (Carolyn) of Orangeburg, SC; his stepchildren, Kenyon Farrow of Cleveland, OH, Alicia Hall of Columbia, SC and Kyla Farrow of Cleveland, OH; his stepgrandson Michael Hopson of Cleveland, OH; and his siblings, Frank (Constance) of Orangeburg, SC, Brenda Watkins of Cleveland, OH, Beverly Haynes of Upper Marlboro, MD and Rosetta Russell of Chattanooga, TN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glover's Funeral Home (2562 Charleston Hwy, Orangeburg, SC 29115). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. All those attending service must wear a mask and adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations.
