It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Gene Lawley of Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Goggins and Ruby Clark Goggins. She is survived by : her children, Lisa Lawley of Orangeburg, Christopher Lawley of Orangeburg, Randall Lawley of Orangeburg and Bradley Lawley of Orangeburg; her grandchildren, Amber, Joshua and Summer; and her siblings, Carolyn Danigh, Ann Mitchell (Marlo) and Jimmy Goggins.
