We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2025, Sylvia Kizer Ott of Orangeburg, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fannie Kizer and Ike Kizer; her husband Gene; and her siblings, Betty Douglas, Anabelle Crook and Julius Kizer.

She is survived by: her sons, Eugie Ott of Orangeburg, SC, Rodney Ott of Orangeburg, SC and Michael Ott (Cynthia) of Clemmons, NC; her grandchildren, Katie Ott Siler and Madison Ott; and her great grandchildren, Kizer Siler and Finley Siler.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Orangeburg Soup Kitchen.
