She was predeceased by: her parents, Burness Bourne and Alberta Collins Bourne; her husband George McDaniel; and her son George McDaniel, III. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Douglas (Terry) and Leslie Smith (Vernon); and her granddaughters, Meagan Douglas (Kendra), Courtney Simons (Will) and Virginia Ann Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
